If you are interested in nonprofit board service, we encourage you
to click on boardnetUSA - an innovative resource to use the capacity
of the internet to help nonprofit organizations bring new leadership
into their boardrooms and enable concerned individuals like you find
boards where you can make a difference.
- You are welcome to take advantage of all areas of the boardnetUSA
site. After registering, we recommend that you start reviewing
the "Resource Center" and the "My Profile"
sections. After completing your profile you can search for nonprofit
boards by clicking on the "Find a Board" icon.
- Board profiles will give you information about the mission and
activities of the organizations, as well as data about the board
- the amount of financial support required by board members, frequency
and location of board meetings and list of current board members.
You can then contact boards of interest to you.
