| Tai Chang Terry is the Assistant
General Council at Time Warner, Incorporated. She attended Yale
University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where
she was Editor of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
Ms. Terry currently serves on the Boards of The Parent-Child
Home Program; Penn Law Asian-American Network; Prep for Prep;
The University of Pennsylvania Law Alumni Society; and Yale
College Class Council. She has served in the past on the Boards
of the Penn Alumni Association, The Spence School and the
University of Pennsylvania Law School Board of Overseers.
Ms. Terry lives with her husband and children in Manhattan.
