Mr. Del Toro is the Chief Financial Officer of The Topps Company,
Inc., a manufacturer of sports and entertainment collectibles
and confectionery products that was purchased by Michael Eisner's
Tornante Company, in conjunction with Madison Dearborn Partners,
in October 2007. Prior to joining Topps, he spent eight years
at Time Warner, Inc., where he held various roles including
Director of Finance & Acquisitions at Corporate, Director
of Finance for Fortune and Money magazines, and, most recently,
General Manager of the Fortune|Money Group. Mr. Del Toro is
a graduate of Columbia College and the Harvard Graduate School
of Business, and resides in Chappaqua, New York with his wife
and two children.
