| Jean-Marc Cuvilly is a Partner of
the Triago Group, an independent firm serving the private equity
community. He leads Triago's U.S. efforts in the sale of limited
partnerships in the secondary market. Prior to joining Triago,
Jean-Marc was a Vice President at Probitas Partners, a private
equity placement firm based in San Francisco. He worked on alternative
investment fund placement and mid-west relationship management
activites. He participated in fundraising for general partners
in all types of strategies, including buyout, venture capital,
mezzanine, distressed debt, and real estate.
Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Jean-Marc served as an
Associate in Merrill Lynch's Private Equity Group. As a member
of the Private Equity Group, he was responsible for maintaining
key relationships with institutional investors as well as
reviewing prospective general partners.
Before joining Merrill Lynch, Jean-Marc was an Associate
in Fixed Income Research at J.P. Morgan & Co. Among his
responsibilities, Jean-Marc wrote regular research papers
on developments in bond markets and the impact of the European
Monetary Union on government bond portfolios.
Jean-Marc earned a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University
and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
